Udaipur Beach

Udaipur Beach is new to most of the people but it is emerging as one of the tourist hot spot. This beach is known for red crab and Olive Ridley turtle.

Udaipur Beach is situated at West Bengal, Orissa border of India. The nearest railway station is Digha. It is around 2 km from Digha. One can hire a car, rickshaw or motor van and keep waiting as it is located in outskirt.

There are very few hotels near the beach but most of the tourist chooses to stay at Digha.

Feeling the waves

The waves are small, calm and so one can relax, walk, swim duck under the swells of sea wave.  There are tents with chairs to sit, where you can watch the people playing in water while having the delicious prawn, fishes and crabs.

Video on Udaipur Beach

Nothing like a motor cycles ride at the beach. You can hire for some bucks and venture out to see the fisher man and the red crab. The spectacular views of sparkling water with red crabs scuttling across the sand and on slight disturbance the crab slips away into the sand

If you are looking for a calm and rejuvenating holiday, Udaipur Beach is the right choice.
